Enjoy three of Italy's most popular cities: Rome, Florence, and Venice. This vacation includes a choice of centrally located hotels in all three cities, services of a Local Host, and half-day sightseeing tours with a Local Guide (including headsets). In Rome, visit St. Peter's Basilica and Square, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum and Roman Forum. In Florence, visit Michelangelo's David, the cathedral, and Signoria Square. In Venice, enjoy St. Mark's Basilica and Square, Doges' Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, and watch a glassblowers' demonstration. Travel between the cities via the Eurostar train (first-class). Various optional excursions are available.

Rome: Cicerone, A superior standard downtown hotel with 250 rooms, located in the center of the Prati area and within pleasant walking distance along the Tiber to historic Castel Sant'Angelo. Florence: Boscolo Astoria (Tue. dep.), A superior first-class hotel in a former palazzo, including original frescos. Situated in the heart of Florence with 98 elegant rooms all equipped with air-conditioning, cable TV, safe, and minibar. Typical Tuscan dishes and local wines are offered in the hotel's restaurant and wine bar.

Florence: Albani (Sat. dep.), A luxurious superior first-class hotel close to the historic heart of the city. All 102 air-conditioned rooms provide modern comforts, private bath, TV, minibar, and safe. The elegant restaurant and American bar offer the finest Italian and international specialties.

Venice: Monaco & Grand Canal (Tue. dep.), Formerly a 17th-century Venetian palazzo, this sumptuous superior standard overlooks the Grand Canal and is only a few steps from St. Mark's Square. Air-inclusive prices do not include a September 11th fee up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees of up to $300 depending on your itinerary. Air booked in conjunction with a land vacation is considered an air-inclusive vacation. Air can only be booked by Globus in conjunction with a land package and is only available for passengers traveling from the United States. For vacation departures in 2008, your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your air schedule had been confirmed and your entire vacation package has been paid in full. For vacation departures in 2009, an additional $250 non-refundable deposit (total $500 non-refundable) is required for air booked in conjunction with any land vacation and your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your flight information is confirmed and Globus has received your full land and air deposit.
